Annexes are being made to law “On registration upon place of residence and stay” in this regard, the Azerbaijani Parliament told APA.
According to annex #1.3 made to article #18 of the law, registration of foreigners, protected by Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Azerbaijan, upon place of residence will be conducted by the relevant executive authority basing on the data of the representation.
According to other annex, foreigner’s application form on the registration and ID card copy is to be included in the database of the relevant executive authority within 3 days since arrival in the country.
The draft law was recommended to the parliament’s plenary session.
