Baku. Rashad Suleymanov - APA. New methods are being employed for provision of disabled Karabakh war veterans and martyrs’ families with housing, said head of the State Social Welfare Service under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population Chingiz Aliyev, APA reports.
Aliyev said that 5731 families are expected to be provided with housing by 2018 under the order of the President. They will be provided with flats in Baku, Sumgayit, Ganja and Khirdalan cities and private houses in districts.
“The execution of the order signed by the Head of state has been begun. The construction of 353 private houses in 52 districts has been already launched”, the ministry official said.
Aliyev also mentioned that a new method has been started to be employed for provision of Karabakh war invalids and martyrs’ families with housing. Not the construction of buildings for disabled people but the process was launched for purchase of flats in different residential buildings and in different places at the expense of the funds allocated in the current year. “We aim the disabled people not to be placed in buildings separate from other members of society but achieve their integration to society like other citizens.
