Baku – APA. Azerbaijan's Minister of Emergency Situations, Colonel General Kemaleddin Heydarov on Tuesday met with a delegation led by Iran’s Minister of Agriculture Mahmoud Hojjati.
Minister Heydarov thoroughly informed the Iranian delegation about the ministry’s activity and the work carried out in the country towards the prevention of emergencies and elimination of their consequences, the ministry told APA.
He said noted that the cooperation with Iran is successfully developing in all fields, including in emergency prevention activities.
Mahmoud Hojjati in turn expressed gratitude to Heydarov for the friendly meeting, stressing the importance of the Iranian delegation’s visit to Baku.
In addition, the sides also exchanged views on numerous issues of mutual interest.
