A new tax incentive will be introduced for taxpayers engaged in public catering activities in Azerbaijan, APA reports.
This is reflected in a proposed amendment to the Tax Code.
According to the draft, it is proposed to allow taxpayers engaged in public catering activities, whose turnover is subsequently determined to exceed AZN 200,000 and who are unable to exercise this right within the 10-day period, to continue operating as simplified taxpayers at a rate of 8%. It is also proposed to retain the right to simplified taxation in cases of dual business activities, provided that income and expenses are accounted for separately.
