Azerbaijan to purchase 600 apartments for families of martyrs and war veterans with disabilities in 2027

Azerbaijan will purchase 600 apartments for families of martyrs and persons with war-related disabilities next year, Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population Anar Aliyev said during discussions on the social budget package at today's meeting of the Milli Majlis Committee on Labor and Social Policy, APA reports.

Anar Aliyev stated that the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population will continue its programs to provide apartments, vehicles, and rehabilitation equipment to eligible individuals next year.

"In order to improve the housing and living conditions of families of martyrs and persons with war-related disabilities, AZN 40 million is planned to be allocated for the purchase of 600 apartments in 2027, while more than AZN 30 million will be allocated to provide vehicles to war veterans with disabilities who have medical indications, as well as rehabilitation equipment to persons with disabilities," he said.
