Actual weather conditions in Azerbaijan announced

Baku. Gulnar Bashirova – APA. The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources has released information on the actual weather conditions observed throughout the country from the daytime of December 3 to the morning of December 3.

As foretold, the weather conditions throughout the country have been unstable, with rainfall and sleet or snowfall in the mountainous and sub-mountainous regions from the daytime of December 3 to the morning of December 3, the National Hydrometeorology Department told APA.

The highest amount of precipitation fell in Rvarud (Lerik) 13 mm, Shamakhi 8 mm, Kalvaz 7 mm, Astara and Lerik 4 mm, Lankaran, Dashkasan, Gadabay, Guba 3 mm, Shahbuz, Ganja, Aghdere (Ordubad), Zaqatala, Sheki, Khachmaz 2 mm, Naftalan, Shamkir, Oghuz, Terter, Mingachevir, Neftchala, Goytepe, Yardimli, Saribash (Gakh) 0-1 mm, Baku and Absheron Peninsula; Neft Dashlari, Sumgayit 5 mm, Mashtagha 4 mm, Bina, Pirallahi, Chilov Island 3 mm, Gum Yataghi, Baku 2 mm, Garadagh 1 mm.

The level of snow reached 26 mm in Rvarud (Lerik), 20 mm in Kalvaz, 15 mm in Dashkasan, 7 mm in Khinaliq and Lerik, 6 mm in Saribash and Gadabay, 4 mm in Aghdere, 3 mm in Altiaghaj, 1 mm in Shahbuz and Guba.

North wind has blown 20 m/s in some regions.
