In the case of providing services or performing work by a non-governmental organization without a contract funded by foreign financial sources, or based on a contract that has not been registered, as well as accepting financial resources and/or other material assets in connection with this, officials will be fined from 2,500 to 5,000 manats, and legal entities will be fined from 8,000 to 15,000 manats.
For carrying out banking operations or any other transactions based on a contract for the provision of services or execution of work funded by foreign financial sources that have not been registered in accordance with the procedure established by the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Non-Governmental Organizations (Public Associations and Foundations)"—by non-governmental organizations, banks, or other payment service providers—officials will be fined from 2,500 to 5,000 manats, and legal entities from 5,000 to 8,000 manats.
After the discussions, the draft law was put to a vote and adopted in the third reading.
