A court hearing was held today at the Baku Court for Grave Crimes in the criminal case of former Chairman of the Imishli District Council of Elders Saleh Samedov, who was detained by the State Security Service (SSS), under the chairmanship of Judge Leyla Asgarova-Mammadova, APA reports.
The defendant, Saleh Samedov, testified during the hearing. He stated that he partially pleads guilty.
The next hearing has been scheduled for July 1.
It should be recalled that Saleh Samedov is charged under Articles 179.3.2 and 308.1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Saleh Samedov was arrested by the State Security Service. He was also dismissed from the post of Chairman of the Imishli District Council of Elders on May 13 last year.
