Fuji Optical LTD President attends opening of new artesian well in Azeri region

Akio Kanai, President of Japanese Fuji Optical LTD visiting Azerbaijan participated in the opening ceremony of the new artesian well built at his own expenditure in the settlement of Yeni Khojavend, Beylegan, APA Mil-Mughan bureau reports.
As there was no electricity, Akio Kanai had to wait in order to drink water from the well.
The president of Fuji Optical LTD producing optic and ophthalmologic glasses Doctor Kanai is accompanied by 5-member expert group. The experts examined the eyes of IDPs and gave them suitable spectacles.
Akio Kanai was accompanied by head of UNHCR office in Baku, representatives of the Norwegian Refugees Council of the Cabinet.
â€œOne should always help who need it. I used to have difficulties and people helped me,â€ he said.
This is the third visit of Mr. Kanai to Azerbaijan. He always brings optic glasses with him as humanitarian aid. /APA/
