-What measures will be taken in connection with the forthcoming Gurban holiday?

-Gurban holiday will be marked in all mosques. We are preparing a special fatwa on the occasion of this holiday. Our akhunds will mark this holiday basing on this fatwa. Holiday namaz will be performed, people will visit their relatives. Those who can afford to do so sacrifice domestic animals and distribute the meat among the poor people. I advise not to sell animals for sacrifice at a high price. Particularly on these days people should be friends, respect mothers and fathers, care for orphans.

-On how many religious communities has the Caucasian Muslims Office passed decision for registration?

-The process continues. We have passed decisions on almost the majority of the applicants. Their number is approximately 350-400.

-There are reports that â€œNarimanov district believersâ€ religious community led by Gamet Suleymanov has problems concerning the reregistration.

-I have no information about it. We have not received their appeal, we will consider, when they appeal.

-How will the Hajj quota for Azerbaijan be determined after that? Will the 2000-man limit remain?

-It is early to speak about it. We will see next year.

-Can we say the problem concerning azan has been solved?
