Baku. Elbrus Seyfullayev â€“ APA. Head of the Center of Protection of Religious and Conscience Freedom Ilgar Ibrahimoglu held a press conference â€œRemoved mosques of the Islamic Culture Capitalâ€. According to APA, Ibrahimoglu expressed concern over the attitude toward the mosques recently. He said it was not suitable for the tolerant country to remove mosques in the city which was announced the Islamic Culture Capital. â€œRecently the court passed decision to remove Fatima Zahra mosque. Such developments could create serious depression in the society. Removal of the mosques could also damage the influence of Azerbaijan among the Muslim countriesâ€.

A working group for problem of removed mosques was created at the event.
