Four presidents congratulated Sheikh-ul-islam Haji Allahshukur Pashazadeh on his jubilee

Azerbaijanâ€™s President Ilham Aliyev congratulated chairman of the Caucasian Muslims Office Sheikh-ul-islam Haji Allahshukur Pashazadeh on his birthday over the phone, press service of Caucasian Muslims Office told APA. Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov and Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko also congratulated Allahshukur Pashazadeh. In their letters the presidents noted Allahshukur Pashazadehâ€™s contributions to the interreligious dialogue, friendship, understanding among the peoples and tolerant religious atmosphere.
Heads of North Caucasus republics, muftis, religious figures of CIS member states, Central Asia, chairman of Russian Council of Muftis also phoned to congratulate Haji Allahshukur Pashazadeh. Heads of the diplomatic missions accredited in Azerbaijan, representatives of government, public, political figures, heads of media outlets also congratulated chairman of the Caucasian Muslims Office.
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev issued an order to confer â€œGloryâ€ order on Sheikh-ul-islam Haji Allahshukur Pashazadeh.
