Uzbekistan today is a country that enjoys great international prestige, President Ilham Aliyev said at the third meeting of the Supreme Interstate Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Uzbekistan, APA's special correspondent reports.
“First of all, I would like to congratulate you, Shavkat Miromonovich, and all our brothers in Uzbekistan on the great successes you have achieved in the development of the country, in strengthening its potential, both in the socioeconomic sphere and in the international arena. Uzbekistan today is a country that enjoys great international prestige, and this is, first and foremost, to your credit. You are working tirelessly to develop the country, strengthen its potential, including reinforcing Uzbekistan’s role in the international arena,” the head of state said.
