President Ilham Aliyev has signed an Order approving the “National Action Plan for 2027–2029 on the Development of Competition and Prevention of Monopolistic Activity,” APA reports.
According to the Order, the “National Action Plan for 2027–2029 on the Development of Competition and Prevention of Monopolistic Activity” has been approved.
Under the Order, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan must address issues arising from the Order, while the State Agency for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan must coordinate the implementation of measures envisaged in the National Action Plan and report to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan once a year on the status of their implementation. The monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of measures envisaged in the National Action Plan must be carried out by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication at the request of the State Agency for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
