A clash has occurred between the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and a terrorist group in southeastern Iran, APA’s Tehran bureau reports.
The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) of Iran stated that a clash occurred with a professional terrorist group that was preparing to carry out a terrorist attack in the city of Saravan, Sistan and Baluchestan Province.
According to information released by the IRGC, four members of the terrorist group were killed as a result of the clash.
It was reported that three IRGC personnel also lost their lives during the operation, which continued until noon today.
According to the information, a number of weapons, a certain amount of ammunition and explosives were discovered and seized at the place where the terrorist group was hiding.
The IRGC added that the number of terrorists killed is expected to increase.
