"Today, we also exchanged views on international law, and there is no disagreement here either," President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev stated during a joint press statement with To Lam, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, APA reports.
"All issues should be resolved on the basis of the territorial integrity, sovereignty and inviolability of borders of countries, i.e. within the framework of international law. All controversial issues should be resolved through negotiations and peacefully," added Head of state.
