President Ilham Aliyev has signed a Decree on the establishment of the “Judicial Expertise” information system, APA reports.
According to the Decree, enhancing transparency and efficiency in judicial expertise activities holds special importance for the administration of justice, as well as for providing objective opinions during inquiry and preliminary investigation processes. The application of modern technologies in this field is crucial for conducting objective, comprehensive, and thorough forensic examinations and preventing potential abuses.
Under the Decree, in order to digitalize the activities of state bodies (institutions) in the field of judicial expertise, establish a unified database of information and knowledge, and ensure accessibility to this database, the “Judicial Expertise” information system (hereinafter – the System) has been created.
