“Azerbaijan and Türkiye will jointly fight disinformation more effectively,” said Burhaneddin Duran, Head of the Communications Directorate of the Turkish Presidency, in a statement to APA’s correspondent in Ankara.
“Our Center for Combating Disinformation does not deal only with issues related to Türkiye; it also counters disinformation concerning brotherly and neighboring countries. We also have a joint platform with Azerbaijan in this field. We monitor disinformation and fight it together. There are examples of this, and in the coming period, we will jointly combat disinformation even more effectively. Both sides are determined in this regard,” Burhaneddin Duran emphasized.
