"Foreign powers have already mastered artificial intelligence better. In the Turkic world, we must also pay special attention to artificial intelligence and be united in this field," said Alptekin Cihangir İşbilir, Press Counselor of the Embassy of Türkiye in Azerbaijan, today at the first panel session of the OTS Media Forum held in Baku, APA reports.
He noted that if the OTS member states act on the same front, this will be their main advantage:
“We are already utilizing these opportunities together with Azerbaijan. Five years ago, the 44-day war led to the creation of a new platform between Azerbaijan and Türkiye, the Azerbaijan-Türkiye Joint Media Platform. Currently, we are working on further improving these opportunities. This platform can become an effective cooperation mechanism for all Turkic states. The Türkiye–Azerbaijan platform is a very good and functional tool. It may be difficult for this platform to operate 100 percent ideally, but we must also involve other countries in this platform. Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and other OTS member countries should also join here.”
