According to him, in order to achieve results, it is important to stand together and jointly address the challenges that arise in the information space.
The expert noted that it would be very useful to regularly share each country’s experience: “At the same time, it is important to share the experience accumulated in the past and to jointly prepare for future challenges.”
According to Avaliani, problems between countries affect each other, and therefore, joint cooperation is of vital importance: “Since information technologies are developing very rapidly, it is even possible to prevent some problems before they arise. If all efforts are carried out on the basis of local cooperation, the result will be more effective.”
