22 media representatives from 10 countries operate in Azerbaijan

In 2025, 22 media representatives from 10 countries received long-term accreditation to operate as journalists in Azerbaijan, APA reports.

This was reflected in the “Report on the activities of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2025,” which was discussed at today’s session of the Milli Majlis.

It was noted that in 2025, a total of 506 foreign media representatives from 37 countries visited Azerbaijan with short-term accreditation to cover various events held in the country, as well as the demining of the liberated territories and the return of former internally displaced persons.

They also covered the situation in the region in the post-conflict period, the Azerbaijan–Armenia peace process, and Azerbaijan’s history, culture, cuisine, and tourism potential.
