The Azerbaijani government has restored the buildings in Karabakh, preserving their original state, said Deputy Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change of Türkiye, Ömer Bulut, at the "III Azerbaijan National Urbanization Forum" (NUFA3) held in Khankendi, APA-Economics reports.
He said that nothing has changed. Azerbaijan has demonstrated an exemplary urban planning approach in the post-war reconstruction process: "The whole world needs to see how sensitive and committed to the principles of humanity Azerbaijan is when restoring its cities. Magnificent work has been done in Karabakh."
The Turkish official added that the roads from Baku to Karabakh and numerous infrastructure projects in Azerbaijan were built by Turkish companies.
"Türkiye is one of the most important countries in the world in the construction sector. There are 45 Turkish firms among the 250 largest companies in the world. Many of these companies participate in Azerbaijani projects," added Ö. Bulut.
