Azerbaijan issues postage stamp to mark 145th anniversary of railways

"Azermarka" LLC has issued a postage stamp on the occasion of the 145th anniversary of the establishment of railways in Azerbaijan, "Azerbaijan Railways" (ADY) CJSC told APA-Economics.

The stamp depicts a freight train. The main idea of the postage stamp is to emphasize the contribution of freight transportation, one of the activities of "Azerbaijan Railways" CJSC, to the economic development of the country and the region, and to the transportation of transit cargo along international corridors.

The stamp was printed in a circulation of 4,000.
