"The establishment of world-class infrastructure across Karabakh is already clearly visible," said the British Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Fergus Auld, in an interview with APA-Economics.
He noted that British companies are already actively operating in Karabakh: "BP is implementing a solar energy project in Jabrayil. Chapman Taylor has participated in the master planning of several cities. A number of British companies have also been involved in landmine clearance operations. Furthermore, Zaha Hadid Architects, the firm that designed the Heydar Aliyev Center, is now exploring new opportunities in the region. All of this demonstrates the United Kingdom’s genuine intention to be a real partner in Azerbaijan’s reconstruction and development process."
