Baku. Rashad Suleymanov – APA-Economics. Over 155 special vehicles have been involved in snowplowing in Baku after heavy snowfall pounded Azerbaijani capital on Friday, leading to thousands of power outages, canceled flights and the closure of major highways.
Azerbaijan Road Maintenance Company said snowplowing is under way and all main roads, avenues and urban transport links are being cleared from snow and ice.
In his words, they will work 24 hours in the day to clear as many roads as possible.
