The State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) received approximately $4.58 billion (AZN 7.78 billion) in net revenues from the sale of hydrocarbons belonging to the state in January–September 2026, SOFAZ told APA-Economics in response to an inquiry.
According to the Fund, net revenues of $5.03 billion (AZN 8.55 billion) from the sale of hydrocarbons belonging to the state are projected for 2026.
Based on the results of the first three quarters of the year, 91% of the annual plan for this indicator was fulfilled. According to calculations, this amounts to approximately $4 billion 577.3 million, or AZN 7 billion 781.4 million.
SOFAZ noted that net revenues from the sale of hydrocarbons corresponding to the state’s profit share are formed on the basis of actual sales prices, after deducting the relevant sales expenses.
