Azerbaijan makes additions to terms of licensing

Baku. Rashad Suleymanov - APA-ECONOMICS. Azerbaijanâ€™s Cabinet of Ministers has made additions to the Decree "On additional conditions required for the issuance of special permits (licenses).

According to the additions made after a proposal by the Ministry of National Security (MTN), the documents to be issued and agreed upon by the ministry for license for design engineering and manufacturing of information security means are specified.

Additional conditions for license include: copies of documents proving the applicantâ€™s professional qualifications, availability of necessary equipment and facilities to ensure the security and privacy, a letter of guarantee to provide appropriate means for the MNS technical examination for the design and manufacture, a letter of guarantee on designing and manufacturing of information protection means with approval by the MNS, copy of documents confirming the right of ownership to the means and equipment, a criminal record, document of conformity by the State Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Patents.
