Iran's concerns regarding the TRIPP project have been resolved, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan said while answering journalists' questions at a briefing, APA reports.
According to him, during discussions with Armenia, the Iranian side asked whether US military forces would be deployed along the TRIPP route, and a negative answer was given to this question.
"The Iranian side is satisfied with how this process is developing, although they still have other questions. For example, the Iranian side asks whether there will be a US military presence along TRIPP. There will be no such presence. The documents confirm this, and reality also demonstrates it," Mirzoyan said.
The Armenian Foreign Minister noted that answers have been provided to the Iranian side's questions regarding TRIPP.
