Baku City Main Police Department and Baku City Prosecutor's office disseminated official information in connection with the events that took place on May 28 after the final game of the Azerbaijan Cup between FC "Neftchi" and FC "Khazar Lankaran". APA reports quoting the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office.

The information says: Main Police Office and Baku City Prosecutor's Office filed a case in connection with the events that took place on May 28 after the final game of the Azerbaijan Cup between FC "Neftchi" and "Khazar Lankaran" at the stadium named after Tofig Bakhramov.

After the final game on May 28 at the stadium named after Tofig Bakhramov confrontation occurred between the fans, they have committed no reason bullying, accompanied by a gross violation of public order, public disrespect for society and the use of force against citizens, the report said.

As a result of measures taken by the police, the incident was suppressed.
