APA reports that persons, who had stolen non-ferrous metal worth AZN 600 000 from "Azerboru" Open Joint Stock Company (JSC) in Sumgayit were arrested.
The investigation revealed that security officers of "Azerboru" OJSC, Elshad Jarulla Mustafayev, 1983 and Parviz Nadir Karimov, 1988 stole 52 pieces of copper contacts each of 25 kilograms.
As a result of the operations carried out by the employees of Sumgayit City Police Office, Mustafayev and Karimov have been detained and investigation has been launched.
"Azerboru" OJSC claims that the above-mentioned persons caused AZN 600 000 damage to the plant.
