APA reports that President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order in this regard. According to one of the changes, a new post of assistant to Interior Minister, Colonel General Ramil Usubov has been established.
Maintaining his post as head of the Chief Organizational Inspection department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Police Major General Fazil Guliyev has been appointed as assistant to Ramil Usubov.
Guliyev has been working in internal affairs agencies since 1983. In 1991-1999, he worked as deputy chief head of division at the headquarters of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, head of the division of Economic crimes combating department of Chief Baku city police office and deputy chief of Management department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Fazil Guliyev was appointed as head of the Organizational Inspection department in 1999 and as head of the Chief Organizational Inspection department in 2001.
Under the order #293 signed by President of Azerbaijan on June 30, 2004, he was promoted to the police Major General.
