Thanks to the necessary and urgent measures taken by the forces of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the fire that occurred in the area called "Wood Market" in the Narimanov district of Baku was extinguished without allowing it to spread to the surrounding areas, APA reports citing the Ministry.

Forces of State Fire Protection Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations have started fight measures against a fire in an area in Narimanov district of Baku called "Wood Market", APA reports.
Firefighters and rescuers provide transfer of goods to a safe area in order to protect from fire.
In total, about 15 equipment and nearly 70 live forces have been involved in extinguishing measures.
Operation in direction of extinguishing the fire is underway now.
