Zeyneb Khanlarova: Some people want honor titles singing with phonograms

â€œWe have always appreciated you. I have spoken about you recently in my interview to the press. Though we wanted to celebrate our coryphÃ©eâ€™s birthday as gala-concert, she refused,â€? he said. Khanlarova said that she is young to mark her jubilee.
â€œJubilee is celebrated when the person is 80-90. I am still young,â€? she said.
She also touched on the honor titles given to the artists.
â€œSome people want honor titles singing with phonograms. You should try to get this title. I am Peopleâ€™s artist of USSR and I got this title because of voice. I ask you, to begin negotiations on abolishment of honor titles,â€? she underscored.
The minister said he respects Khanlarovaâ€™s every idea.
â€œWe can not abolish the honor titles issued up to now. But we can take measures for future. The idea of â€œto have title is everythingâ€? is wrong approach,â€? he said. /APA/
