Presentation of Samir Asgerkhanov award held at the MNS

The presentation of the award named after Samir Asgerkhanov was held today at the Ministry of National Security. The works of 29 candidates in journalism, scientific research, contemporary information publicity, cinema and fine arts were submitted to the competition devoted to the fight against international terrorism, APA reports.
The book â€œAbrupt turn! Armenian mythomania and truth. Documentsâ€? and monography â€œTerror mith. Armenian extremism: its reasons and historical maintenanceâ€? published in English by Austrian author Erich Faygl took the first, the book â€œArmenia: secrets of terrorist Christian countryâ€? by American author Samuel A.Uism the second, the book â€œArmenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno Karabakh conflict within international lawâ€? by Vefaddin Ibayev the third place in journalism.
The film â€œArmenian fascismâ€? by Roman Agayev took the first, documentary filmsâ€œEmissary of horrible missionâ€? by LiderTV the second and programme â€œGenocideâ€? by AzTV the third place in the cinema and fine arts.
MNS has held the competition devoted to the late journalist Samir Asgerkhanov since 2003.The works of foreign authors were also submitted to this competition, unlike the previous ones. /APA/
