Facts of exploitation of foreignersâ€™ labor revealed in Azerbaijan

Baku. Hafiz Heydarov â€“ APA. Facts of exploitation of foreignersâ€™ labor have been revealed in Azerbaijan, Interior Ministryâ€™s Department to Combat Human Trafficking told APA. The Department to Combat Human Trafficking and Masalli region police carried out operation on April 5 and revealed that citizen of Moldova underwent exploitation of labor in the house in Alvadi village of Masalli region from September, 2011.

The Department to Combat Human Trafficking also carried out operation on April 2 and revealed that foreigners worked in the greenhouses owned by Azerbaijani citizen Huseynov Ramin Hamlet. It was revealed no permissions were obtained, no employment agreements were signed, taxes, compulsory state social insurance fees were not paid, initial investigation was required regarding the exploitation of labor.

Both facts are being investigated.
