Baku. Vahab Rzayev – APA-Economics. Pasha Sigorta completed the procedures on increase of authorized capital to AZN 35 mln and gave notice to State Insurance Supervisory Service and Board of Directors of the company. The increase of authorized capital was carried out via reinvestment of profit in capital and additional investments by shareholders.
Note that, Pasha Sigorta operates 31 compulsory and voluntary insurance types. Authorized capital makes AZN 35 mln and the assets – AZN 46 mln.
