The region police office told APA that the missing persons are – Elvin Mukhtar Karimov, Nazir Tahir Bayramov and Zakir Gazanfar Mammadov.
Their search is being continued.
Three went missing in the avalanche in Azerbaijan yesterday, APA reported quoting the website of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
According to the information received by 112 hotline of the ministry, three residents of Vendam village of Gabala region went hunting on the mountains and did not return. Their relatives said they were struck by avalanche.
A helicopter of the aviation unit of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, rescuers of the Special Risk Rescue Service and trained dogs were immediately sent to the site.
The search of the missing is being continued.
