Baku. Hafiz Heydarov – APA. Azerbaijani Prosecutor General’s Office confirmed the detention of Mashtaga local authority representative Arzu Hadiyev. Press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office told APA that criminal case had been launched on the fact on article 311.1 (taking bribe) of the Criminal Code.
The representatives of the Anti-Corruption Department under Prosecutor General’s Office carried out an operation at Mashtaga settlement local authorities under Sabunchu executive office of Baku. Representative of local authority Arzu Hadiyev was detained over bribery.
Mashtaga settlement local authorities confirmed the fact to APA, but did not give detailed information about the fact.
