Salad supposedly caused mass poisoning at engagement party in Dashkesen

The samples taken from the persons poisoned at the engagement party in Bayan village of Dashkesen region were sent for analysis to the Republic Hygiene and Epidemiological Center, head physician of Ganja Infectious Diseases Hospital Ilgar Rahimov told APAâ€™s west bureau. He said the hospital was informed about the mass poisoning in Bayan village at 21.30. 28 people, including 12 children were admitted to hospital with the diagnosis of poisoning. They were offered medical aid and discharged on their request. The vomit samples were sent to the Republic Hygiene and Epidemiological Center. The analysis will determine which food caused poisoning,â€ he said.

According to initial versions, salad and fruit juice caused poisoning at the engagement party. The sufferers said the engagement party began at 16.00, at 19.00 they had giddiness and vomit. They suppose the salad prepared a day before caused poisoning.
