According to the information, on July 14, the unknown masked person, attacked the exchange office in ‘Bina†Trade Center in Garadagh District, opened fired at the office’s worker Ali Aliyev and killed him, took AZN 16,000 from the office and run away from the site.
The criminal case has been launched on the fact. The investigative group consisting of professional employees of the Interior Ministry and General Prosecutor’s Office was established in order to investigate the incident. Arzuman Bashirov, who committed this grave crime, was detained in Lokbatan settlement. During the preliminary questioning he admitted the crime and said that he gave the pistol to his familiar Zakir Ibayev.
During the inspection of Ibayev’s house, the employees of the above-mentioned organizations found “Stechkin†pistol, with 17 bullets in its cartridge clip.
The necessary investigative and operational search actions are being continued.
