He called Azerbaijan the ally of the US.
“Azerbaijan plays an important role in the Caspian region,” he said.
According to Bill Richardson, Azerbaijan is modernizing rapidly.
“The US is ready to give any support in this issue. Of course, energy is the main point of our relations. But this is the beginning, we should enhance and diversify our relations more,” he said.
