Baku. Victoria Dementyeva – APA. The US embassy in Azerbaijan has issued a statement refuting reports that say a telephone conversation took place this week between U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry and Azerbaijani Minister of Foreign Affairs Elmar Mammadyarov:
“Reports of phone conversation between John Kerry and Elmar Mammadyarov are erroneous. The U.S. Embassy would like to correct recent media reports that say a telephone conversation took place this week between U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry and Azerbaijani Minister of Foreign Affairs Elmar Mammadyarov. No such telephone conversation occurred.”
