OSCE Chairperson-in-Office and Russian FM discuss Nagorno Karabakh problem

Farid Akbarov – APA. “Russia highly estimates Ukraine's OSCE Presidency for the first three months,” Russia's Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said at a joint press conference with OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Ukraine's Minister of Foreign Affairs Leonid Kozhara, APA’s Moscow correspondent reports. He said that Russia and Ukraine's priorities coincide with each other: “We have discussed the settlement of the Transnistrian conflict at the meeting today. Russia and Ukraine are guarantors of the settlement of the conflict. We have also discussed the resolution of Nagorno-Karabakh and Kosovo conflicts dealt by the OSCE. We support the activities of Ukraine, the country chairing OSCE, towards solving these conflicts.”


Leonid Kozhara expressed his gratitude to Russia for supporting Ukraine, the country chairing OSCE: “Russia is one of the countries to mediate in the resolution of frozen conflicts. Ukraine, the country chairing OSCE, is making great efforts in the settlement of conflicts. Russia supports Ukraine on this activity. I am grateful for the support of the Russia in the settlement of the Transnistrian conflict.”
