"We are in the process of deepening our trade relations recently. We approved the creation of the Azerbaijani Israeli and Azerbaijani chamber of commerce with huge interest of Israeli companies in Azerbaijan especially in the areas of telecommunications, agriculture, medical technologies, water technologies. Azerbaijan is a country with the image of good to do business with. Azerbaijan and Israel have three billion dollars trade turnover and we are going to do it more.
The diplomat stated that Israel is making efforts for further increase trade relations: “Israel has recently discovered onshore gas resources and is going to use Azerbaijan’s experience in this field.”
