Baku. Shamil Alibeyli – APA. The Embassy of Azerbaijan to the United States and the Karabakh Foundation with the support of the Ministry of Youth and Sport of the Republic of Azerbaijan announce an essay competition: "What do I know about Azerbaijan?"
The Embassy told APA that the 10 best entries will win one week trip to Azerbaijan. The trip will take place by the end of June or beginning of July 2013.
Applicants are invited to choose any of the 7 themes on Azerbaijan for their essays.
Essays must be written in English, contain between 1,000 and 2,500 words and be submitted with a Short Curriculum Vitae (CV) by May 1st, 2013.
Winners will be selected by an expert group based on the content of the essay and the quality of the resource material used.
