E. Aslanov noted that the large states take passive position related to settlement of in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict: "The issue of Syrian refugees has caused an immediate reaction in different structures, but demonstrated a different attitude to the Azerbaijani IDPs. Whether it is the justice? If it is fair, then why were accepted principles of international law? Why, then, accepts the principle of territorial integrity, inviolability of borders and other principles? If these principles are taking place, they should be respected and Armenia should be pressured. "
