Baku – APA. Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyrov has received Director of the OSCE Conflict Prevention Centre Adam Kobieracki, the Foreign Ministry’s press service told APA.
Speaking about Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict, Mammadyarov said that first of all, for the settlement of the conflict, Armenian armed units must be withdrawn from the occupied territories of Azerbaijan. He underlined that the unsolved conflict hinders the restoration of peace and stability in the region and poses a threat to the entire Europe. The
Minister noted that for the settlement of the conflict the international community should put more pressure on the occupying country and issues on the settlement of the conflict should always be on agenda.
Mammadyarov stressed that Azerbaijan, as a full member of the OSCE intends to continue cooperating with the organization and noted the importance of equal attitude of OSCE to all the member states.
