The assessments on Individual Partnership Action Plans (IPAP) and the Planning and Review Process (PARP) will be held in Baku on April 8-9 with the participation of NATO experts and Azerbaijani representatives, said head of Azerbaijan's permanent mission to NATO Khazar Ibrahim, APA reports.

According to Ibrahim, IPAP and PARP are being implemented in accordance with the plan. As for the expansion of the goals for PARP, Ibrahim said that there is no expansion, the cooperation is being deepened.

Responding to journalists’ questions, Ibrahim noted that Azerbaijan has declared its readiness to provide assistance in withdrawal of NATO forces from Afghanistan: “Azerbaijan discussed all the technical details of the issue at different levels. Currently, the process is going on. There may be different variants. For example, multi-modal transportations are available, that is by plane over the territory of Azerbaijan, by sea. After Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway is opened, this variant will also be used more widely.”
