Ali Hasanov said OSCE is an intergovernmental organization.
"Each of the member states has given some authority to the organization. OSCE is carrying out a mission within the framework of these authorities. These are the issues of security and cooperation. Azerbaijan will continue its relations with OSCE in terms of security and cooperation," he said.
Official of the Presidential Administration said sometimes OSCE mission is overburdened with a number of internal and regional issues beyond security and cooperation.
"Therefore Azerbaijan has expressed its desire. OSCE should create partnership environment among the member states in terms of cooperation and security, continue its activity in this direction. Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry is holding talks with the OSCE main office, the decision will be made public," he said.
