Baku. Etibar Mammadov – APA. “Unfortunately, members of diplomatic missions do not attend such events though we invite them,” rector of Baku State University, MP Abel Maharramov told journalists, APA reports.

The rector said that members of diplomatic corps do not attend events on genocide: “We also invite the diplomats to such events. It seems that realizing the truth of double standards they refuse to attend such events.”
